Shipping Policy

At MEISTERFABRIK, we are committed to providing timely and reliable shipping for all of our products. Below, you'll find detailed information on our shipping procedures, costs, and timeframes, including our shipping terms under DAP (Delivered at Place).

Shipping Timeframe

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time and Costs

Shipping times and costs are determined at checkout and calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and the delivery location.

  1. Domestic Shipping (Sweden): Flat rates or free shipping may apply, depending on your order value and the shipping method selected.
  2. International Shipping (Outside of Sweden): Rates are provided at checkout, based on the destination. All orders outside of Sweden are considered international. Shipping fees will vary based on the destination country and shipping method selected.

Shipping times are also calculated at checkout, with options for different shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 1-5 business days for domestic orders.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivery options with faster shipping times, typically within 1-2 business days for domestic orders.
  3. International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination, generally ranging from 2-5 business days, depending on customs processing times and shipping method selected.

Shipping Terms

We use DAP (Delivered at Place) terms for all international shipments. Under DAP, the buyer is responsible for the following:

  1. Delivery to the destination country: We will deliver the goods to the agreed place of destination (e.g., the buyer’s address or another agreed-upon location).
  2. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance: The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are separate from the purchase price.

We will ensure the goods are delivered safely to your location, but the buyer is responsible for ensuring all local import regulations are followed and any associated fees are paid.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package until it arrives at your destination.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Lost Items

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit:

  1. Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, contact us at sales@meisterfabrik.se within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a claim. We may request photos of the damage and/or packaging for verification.
  2. Lost Items: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred during shipping. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
